What is your return policy for worn apparel?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, base layers and socks cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
How do I know which size of hiking boot to order?
We recommend measuring your foot and referring to our detailed size guide. For hiking boots, many customers prefer sizing up by half a size to allow for thicker wool socks and foot swelling during long treks.
